Room entrance clearance is 27 inches with a .75 inch threshold. Minimum clearance between all furniture is 30 inches. The interior doorways have the following clearances: living/kitchen area to bedroom is 36 inches and to bathroom is 33 inches; bedroom to bathroom is 28 inches. The kitchen counter height is 34.75 inches with no clearance below. The bathroom sink/counter is 30 inches high with no clearance below. The toilet has one wall mounted side grab bar (diagonal with the highest point at 40 inches from floor and lowest point 24 inches from floor). The stall shower is 40 x 56 inches and has a 56 inch unobstructed entrance/threshold and there is no bathtub. Room is 65 feet to office, 70 to front entrance gate and 110 to ADA parking spot.
